Yellow Bird and Me

This book is the second in the 163rd trilogy.  In Yellow Bird and Me, the main character, Doris, is sad that her best friend has moved away.  She is having trouble getting along with her friends at school and Yellow Bird keeps asking her to help him with his homework.  As Doris slowly begins to open up to Yellow Bird, she discovers that he has a learning disability (dyslexia) and realizes that he is much smarter than he comes off to her.   Through helping Yellow Bird, Doris learns more about herself and comes to terms with missing her best friend.
